NOTE: the roof shows "spray snow" residue and there is a small "melt mark" one of the sides at the base of the chimney. This kit is COMPLETE. The plastic parts to this kit are in "very good" condition. The box is correctly marked and in very good++ condition. A nice collectible piece. These Colonial Mansion houses always look very striking on the Plasticville residential layout or collection especially when illuminated. I KNOW you will be satisfied with your purchase.
