NOTE: this two-story house has one of the more desirable window trim color - "gloss green." This kit is in "excellent to like-new" condition with the original decal windows included. A nice collectible piece. These Two-Story colonial houses always look very striking on the Plasticville residential layout or collection especially when illuminated.
