The first two letters of the sign are broken off and are included. The building walls, floor and roof are in good shape. The underside of the roof has tape residue. The stools for the front of the building are missing. This is usually the case with the FB-1. Otherwise the building is complete. The box is in fair shape with three corners torn or unglued.
