These hooks and open design make it a breeze to put in a new plant or take out a plant. You put the planter in the hanger and then put each hook onto a single hanger ( see photos) This plant hanger will be the easiest one to use that you’ve ever owned. I designed it because I found whenever I needed to remove the plant to clean it or prune it, I was constantly getting leaves stuck on the ropes, sometimes completely ripping them out, or causing other types of damage to the plant and leaves. This hanger is also great when you need to shift the plant; this way, you don’t have to touch the leaves or disturb the plant. The hanger is made of sisal rope, keep in mind there may be some debris from the rope when moving the hanger. I have the hanging capacity listed at 8 pounds, but you should keep an eye on the plant hanger when you first put a new pot and plant in to ensure it’s sturdy. The plant and pot in the photo are 8 pounds. I will be making more of these in the future with different materials, so keep an eye out if you like the design as much as I do.
