This 3 piece set is in very good condition but does have some discoloration to the pink cotton fabric on the arms and back of the chair and front and top of the vanity. The white lace is in very good condition on all 3 pieces. The mirror on the vanity is in excellent condition and 2 of the 3 pieces have the original gold Pitty Pat Miniatures label. The box they were found in is not original to Pitty Pat pieces and is marked Town Square Miniatures but they will ship in it, inside another box to best avoid damage during shipping.
