(b) 40 Pieces of 2 Inch X 30 Inch Red Color aluminum oxide sanding belt for wood metal stainless steel aluminum sanding:10 X Grit 60 120 320 800. 1） Cut the plastic cable tie which holds the attachment arm compressed during shipment and install the plastic safety shield on the attachment arm.2) Remove the four inner screws surrounding the spindle.3) Using the four screw holes, install the attachment arm to the spindle being careful to use the two longer screws on the holes which pass through the safety guard. (see picture)4) Use the two shorter screws with the holes which only pass through the attachment arm.5)Tighten the screws and remove the pressure plate (it is a black round piece of metal with four holes around it which is threaded onto the spindle...you may need to use the included special wrench to remove this) **Do not throw these away, you will need them if you use the machine as a wet polisher in the future**6)Using the supplied wrench, thread the rubber wheel onto the spindle and tighten.7)Make sure that after attachment, all three guide wheels are aligned.8)If using a sanding belt of width 42mm (1.6”) or less is used, the provided rubber o-ring should be used to prevent the belt from drifting off track.9)If using a sanding belt of width 42-52mm (1.6”- 2.4”) is used, the rubber guide ring can be removed by rolling it off of the wheel. **DO NOT USE A BELT OF WIDTH GREATER THAN 52mm (2.4”) ON THIS MACHINE!**10）Attach the D handle as shown by loosening the four screws on the handle, then sliding the handle over the attachment protrusion, turning the handle to the desired angle, and finally tightening the screws again to secure the handle in place. (see photo)11) Congratulations, your belt sander/pipe polisher is now ready to use!
