Belted (Belt is 37" long not counting the buckle) Button Up on the top part of the dress 100% Polyester, Machine Washable 2 Pockets Shoulder Pads Elastic waist with a belt Long Sleeve Gently worn vintage condition. No holes, no tears, no stains. All seams intact. The belt show some wear - see picture #10. At the waist, there was a hook and eye closure under the belt area. The eye is missing. (See the next to last picture.) This does not impact the way the dress fits or wears. With the belt, the dress works perfectly. See pictures for exact measurements.
