These are tropical plants that prefer higher humidity. If you are in a dry climate we recommend pebble trays and misting the plant about 2 times per week. Alternatively, grouping a number of plants close together can assist in increasing the humidity of the micro climate. Please note that small yellowing/browning/mild marking or slight bending of the younger or high variegation foliage during transit (or during the life of the plant) is possible and normal. High variegation leaves can be prone to browning as they age and do not last forever (a bit like a flower, but much longer lasting), but a plant with high variegation genes is likely to put out more high variegated leaves given the proper care. It will not affect the health of the plant. Any significant damage occurring during transit must be documented with an unboxing video or multiple photos and sent to us within 1 day of arrival. If an unboxing video is not sent within the time frame, we can only offer care advice thereafter and will not accept refunds or returns.
