Very rare Ping-N-Ping 35th Anniversary Limited Edition (Serial # 139) Putter with it's original 35th Anniversary tag and Ping shaft sticker still attached, this putter has never been used and remained in my collection since 1994 when it was produced.There were only 8000 of these putters made by Ping and this putter is in Mint condition with the lowest serial #139 that I have seen in the collectors marketplace and has never been used on a golf course.The Original 35th Anniversary headcover is also included in this auction.This putter is a Very Rare and collectible piece of Ping history.KARSTEN PING-N-PING 35TH ANNIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION PUTTER This putter celebrated 35 years of making Ping Putters, the late Karsten Solheim created this limited edition PING-N PING putter to celebrate that milestone of putter design.Karsten named the PING-N PING for its "PINGING" sound similar to the sound made by the 1-A his first original putter designed in 1959. That distinctive "PING" sound that the 1-A made was then wonderfully used by Karsten as the name for his then newly created PING Golf Company that is now known worldwide as one of the most premium golf companies in golf history.A limited quantity of the 35th anniversary putters were produced and each one was numbered to ensure the club's authenticity and the putters were produced between 1994-1995. The rear side of the head is engraved with the 35th Anniversary Limited Edition logo, and Ping-N-Ping and the Karsten signature are on the face impact side of the putter, with the serial number located on the sole of the putter.
