Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23, and December 25, may be returned through January 14.
