Description: Pierre-Auguste Renoir Framed Art Print Fruit of the Midi Still Life 1950s 22" Condition:This is a gorgeous, framed art print by Pierre-Auguste Renoir. It is a reproduction of his 1881 still-life painting "Fruit de Midi". It is a colorful display of all kinds of fruits and vegetables including eggplant, tomatoes, onions, pomegranate, mango, and more. I believe this print may be part of the first ever limited American edition folio published in the 1950s. The framing seems to be from that time period, but I could be wrong. The print is framed in a wonderful, wood frame. The edges and trim of the frame are painted a bright yellow. The face of the frame is covered with linen fabric. There is a wide cream matte around the art print. This chunky, retro frame just adds so much character to this gorgeous work of art. It measures 22.5" wide x 18.5" tall x 1.75" thick. The art print measures 9.5" x 7". It is in good condition. There is no damage to the art print, but the frame has some signs of wear. It could easily be touched up with paint.
