The plate is hand painted and decorated with an Italian Garden scene.The white ware mark is hidden under the golden Pickard mark.The porcelain is fine and translucent.The signature of the artist "Gasper" is on the front.Paul Gasper worked for the Pickard Studio between 1903 and 1918.This piece is in excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks nor hairlines.
