Consolidated Glass Martele means Hand Wrought and was influenced by the Lalique glass of France. The introduction of the Art Moderne pattern in 1928 caused a lot of excitement in the glass industry. This vase is pictured in the book- "Phoenix and Consolidated Art Glass" by Jack Wilson on page 68.
