It contains a windowed security thread with demetallized 100 and a solid security thread. it also has a watermark that features Manuel Roxas. It measures 166 x 66 mm and is signed by Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Amando Tetangco Jr. This commemorative banknote is in uncirculated condition.
