Description: Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne Small Oval Baker Serving Dish 240 Large Castle USA Up for auction is a Pfaltzgraff small oval baker, part number 240, in the “Yorktowne” pattern. The Yorktowne pattern was first introduced in 1967 to honor the town of York, Pennsylvania (a key city in early American history). The pattern was inspired by Pfaltzgraff's original crock and jug pattern and consists of soft florals and smooth glazing resulting in a convincingly antique character. A highly versatile pattern, Yorktowne complements a wide range of decors. The pattern was discontinued in 2007. The bowl is in great used condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing (see pictures). Size: Approximately 7 7/8-inches long, 5 ½ inches wide, with a sitting height of 2 inches. Thanks for looking!
