This is an open-work cut-out style solid brass buckle, made in Taiwan, by Baron Buckles, in 1980. It is in pretty decent condition as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. It is a solid brass buckle so, with a good buff and polish it can shine again, if desired. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 3.6 oz.
