Featured is a 1992 1st printing of Brimax Books' (London/Newmarket England) publication, Peter Pan, by J.M Barrie, with illustrations by Eric Kincaid. It was printed as one of the titles in the publisher's "Classics for Young Readers" Series. If you want your child to have one version of Peter Pan during the formative, early reading years, or you just love magnificent versions of the book yourself, THIS IS THE ONE! I am partial to mermaids, being known myself as "The Mermaid" and the illustrations of "The Mermaids' Lagoon are the best. The illustrations are almost Rackham-esque, but with a lighter feel. This is also the perfect book for read-aloud and sharing time. (I would protect it from little hands!) The 61-page oversized hardcover book with laminated covers measures 8.75" x 11.25" and is in Fine condition. There is a tiny nick on the back edge of the spine. Bottom line: the book tells the story of Peter Pan and it does it in a visually stunning and textually-engaging manner. Selling on eBay as early as 1997. "The Mermaid" is also still a bonded auctioneer and real estate broker who spent the past "many" decades' specializing in books, ephemera, estates, and real estate. Just shy of two million books sold to date. Books and paper aside, if it is "Stuff", she has sold it! She has now returned to eBay. Health issues have brought us back.
