Description: PETER LIK "Shipwrecked" Vertical framed original photograph. FRAMED IN GORGEOUS KOA WOOD, WHICH WAS DISCONTINUED BY PETER LIK IN 2006 AND IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE! It is matted with an eggshell white mat. It is 150cm in size. Physically measures 35" wide x 75" tall x 1.25" deep. Number 302/950 in the limited edition collection. Comes with original receipt and COA from the Peter Lik Gallery at the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. I purchased it directly off the gallery wall in 2006, after they decided to discontinue the koa wood framing. I am the original owner. The acrylic plexiglass has a few very small scuffs in it at the very bottom of the frame on the mat area (see photos) which do not detract from the photo at all. The koa wood frame has one small nick in it (see photo) on the right-hand side at the back which cannot be seen from the front. The black "cheesecloth" backing has a few tears from a mover several years ago - it can easily be patched or replaced and is on the back. The backing underneath the "cheesecloth" is a white foam core board, which has a couple of surface gouges from the mover (only on the surface, not into the entire depth of the foam core) - see the photo. Overall it is in excellent shape and is absolutely gorgeous. The gallery is still selling this print in the limited edition. For a 150cm print with a mat and dark cigar leaf frame (the closest there is to the koa wood), the price is $8700.
