The Floating Photo Locket Pendant Our floating photo locket consists of 3 parts- the locket, a personalized photo plate that fits inside the locket, and Swarovski Elements crystals in various color. We have created 6 sets of crystals in different colors. Nothing stops you from being creative and create a new color them of your taste. It's your jewelry and must go with your way. Let your personality shine! One thing that many customers are not aware of is that the locket is open-able. You can replace the existing personalized photo plate or crystals with new ones. If you already own a floating photo locket, you may purchase the photo plate alone and put it in your locket. Why is the photo plate off position when I receive the locket pendant? There is no fixed position of the photo plate. It is a "floating photo" locket. When we ship the locket pendant, we will place the photo disc so that it is vertically aligned with the bail of the pendant. However, the position of the photo plate may be off position or even upside down at arrival due to the handling in the shipping process. You may open the locket and realign the position of the photo plate. If you do not want to take out the crystals, you may rotate the plate using the blunt end of a toothpick. The photo plate as well as all crystals can completely be removed from the locket, meaning that you can replace the plate or the crystals with new ones . If you would like a fixed position floating locket, we would recommend you consider the heart photo locket . Tips for creating your personalized item: 1. Once you completed your purchases, email us the image as an attachment through email and tell us your requirements of the text message. 2. Make sure your image is at least 1000px x 1000px.
