If you are reading this listing, you already know that in 2022 the Packers completed a stock offering at $300 per share (plus a $35 handling charge!). That is more than $250 more than you will pay for my certificate (even after including the shipping I charge). What a savings for a certificate that gives the person named thereon substantially the same bragging rights as an actual Green Bay Packers, Inc. shareholder! The Packers stock issued in the offering that ended on February 25, 2022 (it began on November 16, 2021) is similar to the copy of my certificate in the several important respects, including the following: (1) neither the 2021-2022 Packers Stock nor the copy of my certificate constitutes an investment in "stock" in the common sense of the term; (2) anyone who purchased a Packers stock in the 2021-2022 offering was required to represent and warrant that he or she expected to receive no profit or receive any dividends or tax deductions or any other economic benefits as a result of such purchase. Like the 1997 and 2011 stock sales, the proceeds were used to make improvements to Lambeau Field, including by installing HD video boards and making concourse improvements. In my view, the stock certificate issued in the 2011 offering and the stock certificate issued in the 2021-2022 offering (see photos) are not nearly as attractive as my certificate issued in the 1997 offering, from which the first generation laser color copy you will receive will be made. Obviously, because the certificate that you will receive from me is not genuine, it is not transferable and is for collectible value only. The certificate does not entitle the bearer to any ownership of Green Bay Packers, Inc. In fact, even true ownership of a single actual share of Green Bay Packers, Inc. (including those issued in the most recent offering) entitles the owner to very few rights as a shareholder.
