Our standard delivery service is FREE of charge. We do offer a Royal Mail 24hr service which you can select when purchasing your gift. Please note however Royal Mail's 24 hour service isn't guaranteed the next working day, they aim to deliver within 1-2 days. When will I receive my order? All our orders are sent via Royal Mails 48 hour service. This is a 3-5 day delivery service, however most are received within 3 working days. We also offer a Royal Mail 24 hour service which is a 1-2 day service. This can be selected during checkout. Do you deliver outside of the UK? Yes we can deliver to any country in the world that is covered by eBay's International Shipping program which is handled by eBay. eBay will charge you separately for any postal costs that are outside of the UK. Do you offer proofs? Unfortunately at this time we do not offer proofs on any designs. How do I personalise my order? Each item will require different information.
