We are not users of this type of equipment so unsure if this is the typical "backup battery" has gone dead and needs that replaced in the circuit board area or if it is something all together different since we are not users of this type of equipment. It all looks in great condition and comes from a vendor that has no goal to sell broken items. But there can be occasional problems from sitting in warehouse for years causing batteries to go dead. We are not sophisticated enough to know how to change it. If you have had this experience before and know how to change battery(s), let me know so I can replace them and remake a new video.
