So after not finding anything, here's what I can assume: Paul "Elvis" Eve is either an Elvis impersonator --- or has been told he sounds like the king (he kinda does). He is probably from Provo, Utah - at least, that is where this record was produced. He signed this record. The audio engineering quality is surprisingly good!
