May be worn with any style of jacket, waist or basque. The front fits trimly without darts and the fullness in the back is massed in gathers.“ This Skirt can be modified and used as a petticoat for Past Patterns 0208, the 1890s Circular Skirt. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Skirt pattern was developed as a size Medium for an 1890s woman.
