Description: Passenger Car Interior KIT for Con-Cor 85ft Dining Car Miscellaneous Railroad Company # 48Diner-ConCS This interior was designed to fit into the Con-Cor 85ft Diner Car accommodates the window and door placements and has notches in the floor to fit around the window tabs. The 12 dining tables center with the windows and 24 double seats (48 Dining seats). The seats are low to allow for the installation of an LSW100 underneath for car weight. The passenger’s feet have to be trimmed. Our objective is to make your passenger cars look their BEST! You can see the passengers through the windows; not their butts. The walls are low enough so that lighting may be added. This KIT consists of 2 pieces to be glued together to create the interior. The two parts fit together well, but you must glue them together. There may be some other trimming, sanding or filing involved. “Super Glue” works well, but please see the warning below. Align the parts with a ruler to keep them straight while gluing. The injection sprue and mark need to be removed before installing the interior.LSW100 is recommended for car weight ( available separately ) Use care when installing the interior into the car; there are no tabs to aid in locating. Use the side refrigerator and the end wall to locate the interior. Be sure that the interior is centered in the car. The product is manufactured from tan aliphatic polyester resin and can be painted. Bond the interior to the previously installed LSW100 with automotive weather-stripping glue. An illustrated destruction sheet is included with every purchase.
