For sale is a Vintage pen from my collection: A Vintage Parker 61 12K Gold Filled Black Shell Fountain Pen. Fountain Pen is in Very Good CONDITION!(with only minor surface scratches) I am not a Parker pen collector; I buy what attracts my eye or if I hear a good story about a pen from a fellow pen collector. Over the 25+ years of pen collecting I have purchased less than 30 Parker Pens, so I am not an expert on them by any means. I purchased this pen from a Parker Vintage Fountain Pen Collector at the Los Angeles Pen Show a long time ago. It has sat in my plastic pen tub, in a smoke free home, all these years (stored in a plastic bag to prevent additional scratches since I have no box or packaging for it). This is a Vintage Parker 61 12K Gold filled black shell fountain pen. It is in Good to Very Good cosmetic condition. On the cap it is marked “Parker”, “61”, “Made in U.S.A.” and hallmarked "12K 1/10 and "G F". The cap is free of any nicks or dings but does have some surface scratches. I am not exactly sure of the era of this specific pen. The Parker 61 was made between 1956 and 1983. It is a beautiful pen and I am sure it will grace any Parker fountain pen collector's set. I have not inked this pen, but I would assume the Parker collector I purchased it from had. The pen cap has a nice, completely intact cap jewel and a wide arrow in excellent condition.
