Description: I have a great new find! I purchased 6 large tote bins of Brunschwig & Fils fabric at a recent auction. The pieces are mainly samples that were lent to buyers. So they have had some handling. Some are larger curtain panels that likely hung in the store on display. Most of them have the store's tags on them, so it's very helpful in describing the fabrics. THINGS TO NOTE: They are mainly from the 1960s to 1990s. On some pieces, I have found cat hair. Some pieces have age stains at the folds. I am doing my best to launder the pieces with marks or debris, or describe it in the listing if not laundered. SO...if you notice a cat hair or two, please don't kill me. These are gorgeous vintage fabrics, many from France, and I am so happy to bring these to you at reasonable prices!! CURRENT PIECE: This piece of fabric is a glazed cotton chintz. The designer is French, Maison Hamot. The pattern is of birds and flowers. There are 2 colors of this fabric sewn together - one of an orange tone - and one of a red tone. The panel is 54" wide x 86" long. (44" in red, 44" in orange). TOTAL yards is 2.39. CONDITION: I am selling this fabric at a discounted rate as it has some dirt marks near the edge in a few places, and also because it has been handled, and sewn.
