Jump school is designed to do just that. From the moment a volunteer begins airborne training, the physical requirements get steadily more rugged and more difficult: the mental development, although slower, progresses nonetheless to more and more difficult tests devised to permit only the best to get through. There are only two grades in this school: superior- or failure!
