Panasonic Model RC-6015 flip clock radio "Back to the Future" Modified!

Description: Panasonic RC-6015 flip clock from "Back to the Future" modified. Plays track from Back to the Future scene! Please read full description for details. Rare hard to find Panasonic RC-6015 clock in good condition. Has a few blemishes but nothing out of the ordinary. No major scratches on the cabinet or face. New light bulb and motor is in good working condition. Recently cleaned and oiled. All internals were also cleaned and greased appropriately including the problematic volume knob and AM/FM switch. The radio works without any flaws. Clock has been modified to play "Back in Time" by Huey Lewis just like in the movie. Only a clip of the song plays when the alarm is triggered. The song clip can also be played by pressing a button installed on the back of the cabinet. Due to the modifications, the "sleep" function and the "auto" function have been disabled. The soundtrack will only play when set to alarm or when the button is pressed AND the alarm is turned off. The sound plays through the internal speaker but the player runs on independent batteries mounted on the bottom (batteries not included). To avoid damage to the cabinet and leave the possibility to reverse the modification, the battery holder was secured with hot glue only. All internal modifications were carefully and securely soldered in place and insulated properly. Although this clock has been carefully restored, the plastic is still very old and brittle! Like I mentioned above, no strong adhesives were used so replacing batteries must be done so carefully to prevent separation of the battery pack.
