Description: I tested this with a fully charged battery and it doesn’t turn on. So I’m selling this for parts only. In terms of the exterior condition, there are some scratches and spots where the paint is rubbing off. But there’s no cracks on the screen or casing. I have no idea what caused the camera to not turn on. Please understand that there are no returns as this is listed for parts only.
