This piece is a mixed media, collage statement about pollution in the ocean and the harmful effects it can have on humans and the environment. This was created during the mid 1980's and purchased at the Rehoboth Beach Art League. I am the original owner. CONDITION: Excellent vintage used condition! LOCATION: Miami Beach, Florida.
