Description: REF: CAT After a long hiatus I am pleased to have found the time to get some more builds completed. Build Number 22. Fully customised totally unique piece. The only off the shelf parts are the case and the buckle. Every other part of the watch is reworked by hand guaranteeing that even if I tried I could not exactly replicate this aesthetic. This build comprises of: Polished Asia 3646 type case with sapphire crystal and display back (mineral). Screw down crown. Case measures 47mm without the crown. 26mm wire lugs. Fully reworked Asian Anonymous dial. Stripped, resprayed and aged with a patina brown paint. Deep red resin filled hour markers (non luminous). Fully reworked Asian Cortebert style wide double pencil hands. Stripped back to encourage future patina. Relumed with superluminova in a whitish hue and a green night time glow. Serviced Genuine Swiss Unitas 6497 Circa 1970s. Factory two hand model - no snipping of the 4th wheel. Modifications to the barrel bridge to ensure that the movement is securely clamped into the case. Hand made premium Italian full grain veg tanned leather strap in vintage pull up brown with orange contrast stitching. One fixed keeper and one removable / floating keeper. Strap thickness approximately 3.5-4mm. The leather of the strap will patinate with wear and use. Size range of strap from first hole to last is 7.75/8.5”approximately. GPF style flat sew in buckle. As always, the inspiration for this watch is the absolutely stunning RLX made Pams of the 30s 40s & 50s. Waterproof rating is unknown for these cases. Treat the watch as being lifeproof and not water proof. Should the watch give you any issues I am always available to discuss and am fully qualified to be able to repair it. The movements are serviced and checked prior to being fitted and are modified to ensure that they are fully compatible with the cases. In the highly unlikely scenario of the movement mechanically failing within 12 months, excluding water and or drop damage I will repair it for free. Thanks!
