Description: Here is a nice unused, uncut pair of cloth CANADA shoulder titles for the Royal Canadian Navy Volunteer Reserve's summer uniform, the whites. These were issues this way and it was the matelot's job to cut them, fold them under on all 4 edges and sew them to his jumper. These measures 3 5/8" wide.
