Description: On offer is a handsome pair of ca. 1750 brass candlesticks, each measuring 6½ inches tall, with a base width of 3-7/8 inches, and each weighing about 13 ounces. Both stems are solidly attached; one candlestick shows early lead solder stabilizing the stem. Both candlesticks’ bobeches show cracking, which seems to originate at the point of a faint seam. Condition is otherwise excellent. Buyer to pay actual cost of postage; international buyers are welcome. Please consider my other items for sale, including other early candlesticks.
