Washington plates were county coded by population size starting in 1935. These are 100% original. Each plate has 3 extra holes. There are NO cracks on either plate. Each plate has dents and dings, scrapes and scratches. Please look at the pictures closely. They are part of the description. These are legal to use in Washington under the (YOM) law. Year of Manufacture. Any vehicle 30 years old or older that isn’t a daily driver can pay a one time fee and permanently register vintage plates to their vehicle.
