Pair HUGE 1950s Brocade Drapes Hollywood Regency Gold Olive Pinch Pleat 94" Long

Description: DUE TO A NON PAYING AND UNRESPONSIVE BUYER, THESE ARE BEING RELISTED. A PAIR of 2 true vintage Hollywood Regency drapes, from a fine and wealthy estate here in Beverly Hills. HUGE drapes were custom made of gorgeous brocade satin damask. Fine decorator fabric in a classic Rococo or Baroque pattern. COLOR is what I call a burnished gold background with raised designs in soft muted sage green-gold color. Color changes as the light plays over the fabric, looks even more beautiful at night as they glow in the light. Good weighty fabric, the very best decorator upholstery drapery fabric, not a synthetic or slippery fabric, these are a rich weighty tight weave rayon with a good drape. Pinch pleats at the top, with hooks intact, all sides are hemmed and all sides but 1 have beautiful gold tassel fringes. EACH DRAPE is 94" long. EACH Drape Measures 89" wide across the bottom. As these were custom made to fit her windows, one drape is slightly less wide at the pinch pleated top". One drape is 43" across the pleated top, and the other is 38" at the pleated top and that same drape does not have tassel fringes on the outer side (has them on the inner side and the hem). Excellent condition. Date to the 1950s, MCM era. These have been well stored away in a fine estate, covered in a temperature controlled home. True Hollywood Glam! Fit for a King or Queen.
