Up for Sale is a Pair of World War 1 Era Trench Art Lights. The Brass came from the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) and were manufactured 8-1906 (month and year) with all information shown on the bottom. Each has an Anchor stamped along the base as well as 3 Pdr (pounder) and inspectors initials. Even though the brass was produced in 1906, most likely created 1915-1925. I do not know the artist that created these beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces. No signature or other marks. I found with the one bulb attached and will include with purchase. Fabulous Christmas Lights for the Family with WWI Veteran Descendants. 7 7/8"H, base diameter 2 1/2" and top diameter 1 3/4". They will need rewiring as the wiring shown is old and in rough condition. It is Original so I will include as it is still attached. No other issues or damage other than wear, patina and verdigris. ***Please Enlarge Each Photo for a Better View of Condition and Take the Time to Read the Entire Condition section. Thank You.
