Two antique 19th century, Qing Dynasty figurines on custom hand carved rose wood bases. Hand made, hand painted. One holds a basket, the other holds a dizi. The basket holder has a small area of paint nicked, shown in the last enlarged photo. Both are signed. Other than the aforementioned paint loss, no nicks, chips, or cracks. No scratches or gouges. No stains or discoloration. No glued repairs. No splits or cracks in the custom stands. With stands, they measure approximately 5 3/4" in height.. Very nice old set.
