He received his doctorate from Catholic University and completed his post-doctoral clinical training at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University . He hasoverthirty-fiveyearsofexperienceintheapplicationofbehaviortherapytoabroadrangeofclinicalproblems.Mansueto has written extensively and presented nationally and internationally on OCD and related disorders. He currently serves as a member of the Scientific and Clinical Advisory Board of the International Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Foundation and Chair of OCD Mid-Atlantic, an IOCDF affiliate. He also serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of the TLC Foundation for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors and the Medical Advisory Board of the Tourette Syndrome Association of Greater Washington. He retired as a tenured Professor of Psychology after thirty-six years in the University of Maryland System.Sherrie M. Vavrichek, LSCW-C, is a cognitive behavioral therapist and published author who uses mindfulness, meditation, and Buddhist philosophy in her practice and in her life.
