Description: Hand painted solid wood Ouija board on a solid wood cutting board that I found at an estate sale. It has my original hand drawn artwork. I drew and painted a scorpion representing the Zodiac sign Scorpio. The background is blue with a black pentagram. This is the sign for the month of November (more specifically October 23rd-November 21st). I happen to be a Scorpio born on November 11th. I also painted black lettering on the board using acrylic paint. It is sealed with several layers of polyurethane. The back of the cutting board has a design cut into it, as seen in the photos. For the planchette (pointer), I used pine wood and cut it out with my band saw. I used a drill press to make the hole in it. On the back are 3 vintage topaz yellow glass cabochons. The topaz is a commonly used birthstone for November. These make it slide across the board easily. It measures 18” across, 13” high and 3/4" thick. Thanks for looking!
