Orrefors Large 6 Point Tulip Crystal Bowl Signed 6 1/4" Swedish Crystal Sticker

Description: Brilliant in any amount of light, kaleidoscopic and lovely describe this small piece of Orrefors crystal. Sometimes called a tulip vase or bowl, it boasts six points. The polished bottom is engraved with the Orrefors signature (last photo). For use as a vase, I would suggest adding a frog set it in. Measures 5” tall x 6 1/4" wide. It is very heavy. Condition is excellent. It is even prettier than the pictures show. Truly a special piece - this is the Orrefors large Belle round bowl with the dramatic six-point tulip shape. Although there are many listings for the smaller Belle bowl (just 4 inches), the large Belle bowl at 6 1/4 inches across point-to-point is much more rare and highly collectible. This stunning Orrefors Belle bowl is a fine example of Swedish crystal. The beautiful large bowl catches the light and appears to glow. It will be a great addition to any collection. The original Orrefors label is intact on the lower front part of the bowl although a small piece is missing, and the Orrefors signature is engraved on the bottom. This Orrefors tulip bowl is in excellent vintage condition. There are no chips, cracks, scuffs, repairs, or visible flaws. When I run a finger around one of the side edges I feel a tiny rough patch near the bottom about 1" up. This is extremely minor, not visible at all, and in no way detracts from the beauty of this vintage Orrefors bowl. I mention it in the spirit of full transparency. There are a few scratches on the bottom. Size: 6 1/4 inches diameter across the top of the piece from point to point; 4 1/2 inches diameter across between the "valleys". This large round Belle bowl stands 5 inches to the tallest point; it stands 4 inches tall in the valleys. The bottom base of the bowl measures about 2 inches in diameter.
