The offered plastic bag measures approximately 16" x 14 1/2" and includes a drawstring cord at the top end. This vintage Nike shopping bag/shoe or apparel bag features the iconic Nike pinwheel logo accompanied by the "NIKE" brand name. The "Athletic Department" refers to the name of the very first Eugene, Oregon Nike store in downtown Eugene in The Atrium building in the mid-1970's. As you can see, the vivid bright orange and blue colors "pop" off the bag! The bag's Nike advertising is identical on both sides; please see first and final pics. You won't find another example for this Nike Eugene Athletic Dept. store bag anytime soon... <>Condition: the bag exhibits a few scattered holes along with some pock marks on the bag's underside, most likely due to the original owner using the bag for their track shoe spikes (see photo #7). The bag's physical integrity remains strong! The drawstring cords are in excellent shape as well!
