Description: Jean Carlu (1900-1997) was a famous French graphic designer who specialized in posters and produced a number of quality pieces for Pan Am Airlines. During World War II he designed a number of patriotic posters for the United States Government. In this poster, he encourages tourists to travel to both Portugal and Spain. The poster is linen backed, measures 26" x 36" and is in very good condition with slight paper cracks and scuffing on the surface. We have been in business since 1994, selling our original vintage posters at antique and decorative shows, galleries, and through designers.
