Description: A nice pairing of US Civil War cartridge box and cap box from the same maker. Cartridge box has the US box plate and tins. The cap box retains the lambs wool skin but no more wool. Both boxes are maker marked Sproulls, Meeker & Co. New York. Box are in very good condition with the leather still being supple. Some cracking but all in all still very good.
