ORIGINAL RARE WW2 FASCIST ITALIAN YOUTH INSIGNIA, BLACK SHIRTS, EAGLE ONB,BRASS

Description: This was out of a vets grouping , he had some german medals, but this was extremely rare ,black shirts insignia, the eagle and the bundle and axe, with OBM. This symbol was the OPERA NATIONAL BARILLA , which was the early Fascist youth organization functioning between 1926 and1937, when it was absorbed into the Gioventu Italiana del littorio , a youth section of the Fascist party. This was a group like the boy scouts , indoctrinating the youth,AGES 8 -14 into the disciplines of FASCISM, PREPARING THE BOYS TO BECOME FUTURE SOLDIERS. Sort of like the Germans brown shirts as youth.
