The upper right side has two drawers hidden behind the crown. The left door is held in place with an interior latch; the right door secures by a small metal latch at the exterior top of the door in addition to the functioning lock (1 key included).This painted two-door armoire has been restored and waxed so it is strong, stable and ready to use.Age related wear include dings, cracks, scratches, age related separations to wood, distress etc. which do not detract from the beauty nor function of this wonderful folk-art find.
