Please be aware that games, DVDs & Blu-Rays sometimes become dislodged from the case during transit. This is particularly common in Blu-Ray PS4 games. This is almost never an issue, as Blu-Ray discs are very scratch resistant and cannot be damaged in the case through normal (even somewhat rough) means. Unfortunately the PS4 cases are made in such a way that the discs "slip" off more easily than others. Unless the case has undergone major trauma, there is no reason for concern, and new, sealed items will be ineligible for return as per the above, since this does not affect their play in any way.
