Description: FROM THE COLLECTION OF FORREST J ACKERMAN. Two page hand-written manuscript by Forry which is the first draft of an article on the Los Angeles Science Fantasy Society. While undated and unsigned the handwriting is obviously Forry's and even the writing style is unmistakable. I'd date it to the 1970s. On the second page he mentions Robert Bloch and Ray Bradbury. Each page is 8 1/2 x 11, written on one side and in very good condition. This was found among Forry's papers and there is no reason he'd have something like this written by anyone else, much less save it. But Forry never threw away any of his own personal papers, letters, etc. Buyer pays for media mail or priority mail shipping (mailed in a box).
