White Cardstock Blotter reads: "Announcing The 150th Dividend on Preferred Stock of The American Tobacco Company, Incorporated" and has a great image of a Native American in Headdress and Regalia. Blotter has: "CABLE ADDRESS : POWHATTAN" printed below image. You will receive the item that is shown in pics. We do not clean or adjust items for fear of damage, left up to new owner to decide to do.... or not..... Item is Sold As-Is, and As Such, It Is Not Returnable. White cardstock piece with blotter backing comes as pictured. It appears to be unused and is approx. 8" wide x 3" high. Blotter has some light signs of handling on edges and corners and some light toning on edges. There are some light signs on handling on edges and corners and a couple of smudges / spots.
