Description: This signed Orient & Flume along with paper label and dated (1982) hand blown glass vase was purchased directly from the artist and has been in my collection since 1983. I never used it—just lovingly displayed in a glass cabinet. It is in perfect condition—no chips or cracks. It measures 9 1/4” tall with a diameter of 5 1/2”. It has a 3” diameter opening at the top. Orient &Flume was founded in 1972 in an old carriage house between Orient Street and Flume Street in Chico, California. They are still in business on Park Avenue in Chico. Orient & Flume pieces are displayed in the Smithsonian, the Corning Glass and Metropolitan museums. Please view all the photos as they are considered part of this description.
